Nadia brings both industry insight and the necessary network to the Axxelerate team. With a professional background  in college athletics, higher education and the non-profit sector, she has honed a specialty in developing innovative education programs, coaching and community engagement. Additionally, as an Olympian, 4-time NCAA All-American, former Ivy-League Woman of the Year, and accomplished national record-holding athlete, Nadia understands what it means to succeed at the highest level athletically, academically and professionally.

Aniekeme Umoh

Co-Founder & COO

Aniekeme is a creative problem solver, thriving at the intersection of business and technology. She is most passionate about organizing teams to build solutions to important problems. Aniekeme’s experience includes early-stage investing, operations & product management at startups, technology consulting, strategy & business development, and investment banking. Aniekeme received an MBA from The Wharton School and an engineering degree from Columbia University
